Do you replace an attorney or CPA?
No. We do not provide legal or tax advice. We coordinate with your attorney, CPA, and other approved professionals to support your financial management needs.
How does authorization work?
We act only with proper written authorization. For Power of Attorney Support, a client must independently appoint FINOVAIR or a representative through a valid Durable Financial Power of Attorney prepared by a qualified legal professional.
What reports will I receive?
Clients receive Monthly Financial Peace Reports and other updates as agreed. With written permission, families may receive periodic summaries.
How do you protect privacy?
We follow strict confidentiality practices and share information only with the client and approved contacts per written authorization.
Is the $129 fee the Secretary of State filing fee?
No. The $129 fee is FINOVAIR's service fee for Business Registration Assistance. Secretary of State and other government filing fees are separate and are the client's responsibility.
Can FINOVAIR tell me whether I should form an LLC or corporation?
No. FINOVAIR provides administrative filing assistance only. FINOVAIR does not provide legal or tax advice and does not select a business structure for clients.
Can FINOVAIR help me obtain an EIN?
Yes. EIN application assistance is included with Business Registration Assistance. EINs are issued free of charge by the IRS. FINOVAIR's fee is for administrative assistance and is not an IRS fee.
Does FINOVAIR serve as my registered agent?
No. FINOVAIR does not serve as the client's registered agent through this service. Clients must provide their own registered agent information.
How long will my business registration take?
Processing times vary depending on the state, filing method, and government processing times. FINOVAIR can assist with monitoring the filing status but cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
I already have a registered business. Can FINOVAIR help with my annual registration or renewal?
Yes. FINOVAIR offers Business Registration Renewal Assistance for existing business owners who need administrative assistance completing their annual registration or renewal.
