Yolanda Gillis, Founder of FINOVAIR LLC
Yolanda Gillis is a finance and banking professional with experience helping individuals understand and manage everyday financial matters. Her background includes banking, customer financial services, account management, financial organization, and client support.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and is completing graduate-level studies in finance, strengthening her knowledge of financial management, business operations, and accountability.
Through FINOVAIR, Yolanda brings together her banking experience, financial education, and commitment to helping older adults and adults with disabilities remain organized, informed, and financially independent.
Her approach is built on integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, respect, and accountability.
