Yolanda Gillis, Founder of FINOVAIR LLC, brings more than twenty years of combined professional experience spanning accounting, banking, financial services, customer service, and business operations. Her educational background includes degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management, complemented by graduate studies in Finance. Together, her education and extensive professional experience have shaped a strong commitment to organization, accuracy, accountability, and trust in the management of financial matters.
FINOVAIR was created with a simple purpose: to provide dependable financial support that helps individuals, families, and small-business owners feel more organized and in control.
Even the name FINOVAIR reflects that vision. “FIN” represents Financial, “NOV” represents Innovation, and “AIR” represents breathing room—the sense of relief that can come from having financial responsibilities organized and managed with greater clarity. Together, FINOVAIR represents a modern, supportive approach to everyday financial management.
