Power of Attorney Support

Services are provided only when a client independently appoints FINOVAIR or an appropriate FINOVAIR representative through a properly executed Durable Financial Power of Attorney prepared by the client's attorney or another qualified legal professional.

Services may include:

- Paying bills and managing recurring obligations

- Communicating with banks and financial institutions

- Working with creditors and service providers

- Monitoring accounts for unusual activity

- Maintaining detailed financial records

- Tracking income and expenses

- Coordinating with attorneys, CPAs, and approved family members

- Providing clear financial reports

Important: FINOVAIR does not prepare legal documents, provide legal advice, or pressure any person to grant Power of Attorney. FINOVAIR does not appoint itself as Power of Attorney; only the client, with their attorney or another qualified legal professional, may choose to grant such authority. Power of Attorney Support is a separate specialized service and is not automatically included in a monthly package.
